The ADSP heap is intended to be used for post processing
on the dsp. Add the definiton of the heap to allow clients
to have dedicated access

Previously, a parameter was added to secure heaps to only
allow secure allocations. Some clients still require
non-secure contiguous allocations even though the SMMU is
supported. Add support for those clients to force contiguous
allocations to go through.

On certain targets, the CP heap should only be used
for secure allocations. Add a check to determine which
targets are allowed to make non-secure allocations from
the CP heap type. Targets with this restriction will
fall back to an alternate heap.

Extend the cp heap to allow memory to be allocated from
the contiguous memory allocator (CMA) instead of from
the standard caveout region. The option to use CMA or regular
carveout memory is configured via a parameter in platform
data.

upstream. This removes them from the kernel.

Several changes are pending to be pulled in which are
not compatible with our changes. Specifically, a new
field to the allocation ioctl is added and the ioctl
numbers for cache flushing need to be changed.
Add these changes now until full changes can be pulled
in the future.

The msm specific parts of ion.h are being moved into a new header
file. For now, add a dummy header file to get clients transitioned
over.
