Robert P. J. Day d5fb2962c6 bluetooth: replace deprecated RW_LOCK_UNLOCKED macros ...

The older RW_LOCK_UNLOCKED macros defeat lockdep state tracing so
replace them with the newer __RW_LOCK_UNLOCKED macros.
