Oliver Endriss 126cd4bc5f V4L/DVB: DVB: Export dvb_ringbuffer_flush() again 
Add EXPORT_SYMBOL(dvb_ringbuffer_flush) again,
replace my_dvb_ringbuffer_flush() in ngene driver.
