Mat Martineau 2ea664822a Bluetooth: Add channel policy to getsockopt/setsockopt ...

Each channel has a policy to require BR/EDR (the default),
prefer BR/EDR, or prefer AMP.

Check for valid policy value and L2CAP mode.
