Adrian Bunk ba2a631b14 kernel/time/timekeeping.c: cleanups ...

- remove the no longer required __attribute__((weak)) of xtime_lock
- remove the following no longer used EXPORT_SYMBOL's:
  - xtime
  - xtime_lock
