Greg Kroah-Hartman 34c65d82e0 USB: remove info() macro from usb.h ...

USB should not be having it's own printk macros, so remove info() and
use the system-wide standard of dev_info() wherever possible.

No one in the tree is using the macro, so it can now be removed.
