Jean Delvare 36cfb5ccfa i2c: Update the list of driver IDs ...

* A chip driver ID was assigned to the Radeon, while it is an adapter
  so it needs an i2c adapter ID.
* The SAA7191 is a video decoder, not encoder.
* The icspll driver is dead, and will never be ported to Linux 2.6.
