Stepan Moskovchenko fa647e88ae defconfig: msm8960-perf: Enable ERP event logging ...

Enable ERP event logging to persistent memory to aid in
debugging and analysis of ERP events in the field. Enable
panic on L1 errors to minimize the amount of time the
system spends in a potentially unsafe state.
