Sunny Kapdi 873089598e Bluetooth: Avoid putting LE Conn into sniff/active 
LE connections don't have sniff/active connection
mode, unlike BR/EDR. Make sure that the link which
has been requested to enter sniff/active mode is not
an LE connection.
