Ingo Molnar 61f4c3d6db [PATCH] lockdep: remove RWSEM_DEBUG remnants ...

RWSEM_DEBUG used to be a printk based 'tracing' facility, probably used for
very early prototypes of the rwsem code.  Remove it.
