Stephen Boyd 702722709c char: dcc_tty: Update for spinlock changes ...

There is no longer a SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED macro; replace it with
__SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED so that lockdep can give the lock a name.
Also include spinlock.h so that this compiles.
