Vladimir Kondratiev 76511929e1 [ARM] msm: TSIF driver for Qualcomm MSM ...

Low level TSIF (Transport Stream InterFace) driver
provides in-kernel API to be used by upper layer
drivers;

included also is example for upper layer driver
that uses TSIF API and implements character device.
