Markus Trippelsdorf ab0724ffee PCI / ACPI: Fix build issue in pci_root.c for !CONFIG_PCIEPORTBUS ...

The compilation of drivers/acpi/pci_root.c fails if
CONFIG_PCIEPORTBUS is unset.  Fix the problem.
