Jonathan Brassow ce503f59ae [PATCH] dm kcopyd: error accumulation fix ...

kcopyd should accumulate errors - otherwise I/O failures may be ignored
unintentionally.

And invert 'success' (used in a future patch), using a more intuitive
!(read_err || write_err).
