David Collins e79d4e36e8 mfd: pm8xxx-misc: Add a PMIC 8XXX misc driver to hold various APIs ...

Add a PMIC 8XXX driver which will contain several miscellanous APIs.
The API that is needed is pm8xxx_reset_pwr_off.
