Yoshihiro Shimoda 6028aa01f7 [MTD] [NAND] sh_flctl: add support for Renesas SuperH FLCTL

Several Renesas SuperH CPU has FLCTL. The FLCTL support NAND Flash.
This driver support SH7723.
