agathon.jung	613e3b6f4c	msm: mdm: Add shutdown ioctl and send poweroff request to the mdm ... When the whole phone is being powered off, a poweroff request needs to be sent to the external modem so that it can shutdown gracefully. This request needs to be triggered from userspace before kernel drivers start unloading so that other drivers needed to send the request are still available. Ameya Thakur	27a0e1f889	msm: mdm: Add support for remote MDM image upgrade ... mdm-driver is informed that an image upgrade of the remote modem is required, at which point it stops monitoring the error gpios and takes the appropriate actions. Support for the "USB Switch" gpio is added. This is needed to write a image to an empty modem flash.
