Vinay Kalia 1138ebaacf msm: vidc: Video driver update to kernel 3.4. ...

During the migration from kernel 3.0 to 3.4, V4L2 framework changed.
This requires changes from video driver. This change makes video
driver code compatible with kernel 3.4.
