Lakshmi Narayana Kalavala bbf55c4277 msm: Decouple VFE component from AXI ...

1. Move the logic to enable write masters from vfe
to axi as vfe component may not be enabled for concurrent camera
 2. Pass the vfe operation mode and port info from user space
instead of storing in the global shared variable
